I. Brief

本機采用大功率中頻感應加熱方法熔煉。既有快速加熱又有對金屬進行電磁攪拌的功能，以獲得溫度與成分高度均勻的金屬液。

This machine uses the smelting method of HP intermediate frequency induction heating, which can not only quick heat but also conduct the electromagnetic agitation to the metal, for getting the molten metal with highly even temperature and ingredient.

本機操作簡單，保養方便，質量可靠，生產安全。既能用于調配黃金合金；又能用于黃金零碎散料。其不僅改變現有人工用氣體熔金時產生較強噪音及產生危險性，黃金飛濺，損耗大等現象，同時，中頻對人體無害。

This machine has many characteristics like simple operation, convenient maintenance, dependable quality and safe production. It can be used not only in the fragmentary bulk gold as well as in mixing the gold alloy. It changes the phenomenon such as strong noise, risk, gold splashing, big loss and so on when existing artificial gas melts gold, simultaneously, the intermediate frequency is harmless to the body.

按機箱所示正確連接水、電（如下圖）

Connect water and electricity correctly according to the case (shown as in the following figure).

打開電源 > 打開水龍頭 > 放熔金杯 > 放料 > 按加熱開關 > 按停止開關 > 鉗杯倒料

Power on  >  Turn on tap  >  Put gold-melting cup > Feed > Press heat switch > Press stop switch >  Empty

1、在工作時，絕不能斷水。

[如意外斷水，應立刻把熔金杯拿走，以防把發熱圈燒壞]

While working, it is strictly prohibited to cut off the water supply (If the water supply is cut, you should take gold-melting cup away immediately, to prevent the heating ring burning out).

2、熔金機里沒有熔金杯不能按加熱開關。

Do not press the heat switch if there is no gold-melting cup in the machine.

3、料熔化后，應先按停止開關再倒料出來。

   After melting material, you should press the stop switch and then empty the material.

4、如當天的工作完成了，應把熔金杯拿開，再運轉15分鐘冷卻機器，再關電源、水源。

If completing the intraday work, you should move gold-melting cup away, and run it for 15 minutes to cool machine, turn power source and water source off.

5、當水流指示燈熄滅時，代表缺水或者是水壓低，這個時候機器已起保護作用，不能加熱。

When the water-flow indicator light extinguishes which represents the water scarcity or low hydraulic pressure the machine acts as the protective function and can not be heated.

6、請用本廠專用熔金杯。

Please use special gold-melting cup of our factory.
